Guess what? I got to make the meal for the family this easter!
Menu: roast lamb and potatoes, green beans, salad, yorkshire pudding
I have a new found appreciation for all of the Sunday meals for 10+ people my mother made.
Easter 2007 itinerary:12:00am - trip to the ER for a friend...
1:00am - back home to marinade lamb...
1:30am - sleep...
7:30am - easter bunny surprise!
8:30am - morning worship at Redeemer...
11:00am - commence cooking!
12:30pm - company arrives (Dot, Ray, Ken, M & D, Thomas)
1:00pm - actually sit down to eat...
3:30 - now i wish i had a dishwasher...
4:00pm - nap time
5:30pm - community group
9:00pm - couch potatoes watch movie
11:00pm - too late to bed again...

so, was that picture out of a catalog/off the internet/or from your actual dining room table?? Mom raved about the lamb to me to. looking forward to cooking and doing dishes with you when we come!! 17 days!
